DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE 1: PREPARATION BEFORE DESIGNING
- Step 1: Customers prepare the red book of land lot to send to us.
- Step 2: We help customers check the construction permit information of the land lot.
- Step 3: Customers need to prepare the need to use the house and determine the size and expected cost (we will also estimate the cost to help you when you need and scale the project).
- Step 4: Customers choose a design package that is right for them. Note, it is necessary to choose a financially suitable construction package so that the design dossier is accurate with an expected budget.

Common design package includes drawings: 3D exterior - Architectural drawings - Structural drawings - M-E drawings of water and electricity systems communications.
PREMIUM design package includes drawings: 3D exterior - Architectural drawings - Structural drawings - ME drawings water and electricity systems communications - Interior 3D drawings and development drawings of page walls furnishing.
- Step 5: The company will send a design quotation
- Step 6: After reaching agreement, the investor and the company sign the design contract. At the same time, Architects discuss the demand, design consultancy and refer to some suitable models for customers.

PHASE 2: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROFILE OF DESIGN
- - Implementation time: 7 days excluding editing time
- - When signing a design contract, you pay 10% of the total design cost.
- - Based on your needs and select the architectural patterns you like. The architect designs the drawings: the floor plan, 3D perspective of the building and sends it to you.
Case 1: The plan is approved, you will come to the architect to sign for approval before we use this drawing to send permission to build and deploy technical drawings for construction.
Case 2: the plan needs to be modified several times to fit your needs. You will discuss with our architects on our team or meet in person at the office until the plan is approved. You will then sign for approval before we use this drawing to send permission to build and deploy technical drawings for construction.
- - End of concept design stage.
- Step 2: Designing construction drawings
- Duration: 15 days excluding editing time
- After signing and approving the concept design drawing, paying 40% of the design fee.
- Perspective drawings of the exterior 3D works.
- Detailed design drawings of architectural drawings.
- Detailed design drawings of structural drawings.
- Setting the details of ME system: water supply and drainage system, communication system, refrigeration system, lightning protection system (if any)
- 3D design drawings of the interior space, drawings of interior wall decoration (if you choose a high-end design package, the additional time is 7 days)

PHASE 3: TABLE OF DESIGN RECORDS
- You come to the Architect and accountant of the Company to hand over 2 sets of A3 size drawings of design documents to prepare for the construction of the house.
- After handing over the dossier and paying the remaining 50% of design fee.
