CONSTRUCTION GUIDE

Surface preparation

• New walls: Must dry and stabilize the texture (minimum 12-15 days) and remove dirt.
• Old walls: Must scrape off grease, moss, old paint, lime then wash thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
• If the construction surface is a corrugated iron roof, it is necessary to ensure the surface is completely dry and pre-lined with 1 layer of KOVA KG-01 water-proof paint to increase the adhesion ability and limit rust. After application of KG-01 primer, allow 8 hours to dry before painting the KOVA CN-05 roofing sheet.
• If the surface of concrete is concrete, cement and other materials, apply direct or top coat of KOVA CT-11A waterproofing layer.

Construction

• Step 1: If it is sunny or dry or the paint barrel is thickened, you can add 5 - 10% of clean water to a medium thickness depending on the temperature and humidity. Stir again for homogeneous paint.
• Step 2: Use a smooth roller, brush or spraying machine to apply 2-3 layers, each layer is 6-8 hours apart.
